Fuzzy Logic-Arduino Based Smart Incubator Untuk Perawatan Kucing Pasca Operasi

Penelitian ini mengembangkan prototipe inkubator cerdas berbasis Arduino dengan kendali logika fuzzy untuk mendukung perawatan kucing pascaoperasi, khususnya dalam menjaga kestabilan suhu dan kelembapan ruang inkubasi. Sistem menggunakan sensor DHT22 untuk mengukur parameter lingkungan, lampu pijar sebagai elemen pemanas, kipas DC sebagai aktuator pendingin, serta modul ESP32-CAM untuk pemantauan visual secara real time. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sensor memiliki akurasi yang baik, dengan selisih pembacaan ±0,3°C untuk suhu dan ±2% RH untuk kelembapan dibandingkan alat acuan. Elemen pemanas mampu meningkatkan suhu secara bertahap sebesar 0,9–1,4°C/menit, sedangkan kipas DC menurunkan suhu pada kisaran 0,8–1,2°C/menit. Sistem fuzzy Mamdani mampu mengatur kerja pemanas dan kipas secara adaptif sesuai kondisi lingkungan, sehingga suhu dapat dipertahankan stabil pada rentang 38–39°C tanpa fluktuasi signifikan. Pemantauan melalui ESP32-CAM menunjukkan latensi <1 detik, dan modul UV-C berfungsi sesuai pengaturan tanpa interferensi dengan sistem kendali. Secara keseluruhan, prototipe inkubator menunjukkan kinerja yang stabil, responsif, dan aman, serta memberikan pengendalian termal yang lebih halus dibandingkan metode on–off konvensional.
