APLIKASI MATRIK KOOKURANSI TINGKAT KEABUAN UNTUK ANALISA CITRA IKAN TENGGIRI

Mackerel fish (Cybium commersoni) which is a lot of fish found in the waters of Indonesia with high economic value. This study aims to analyze the image of mackerel fish with 25 fish tail that has an average length of 40cm with weight of 250-300 gram taken in fresh condition from Fish Auction Place located in Kurau village and Pantairebo village of Bangka Island. The image of the fish is taken by using 12Mpiksel digital camera. Image retrieval period is 0 to 6 hours, 6 hours and 6 hours. The image is passed to the RGB filter, which is then extracted using GLCM resulting in a mean of Entropy 3.2039 for fresh fish while for fresh fish 3.5714; Energy 0,0531 for fresh fish while for fresh fish 0,0053; contrast produced 63,6157 for fresh fish while fish not fresh equal to 33,8951; The correlation of 0.5673 for fresh fish and 0.7822 for fish is not fresh homogeneity 0.2357 for fresh fish and 0.1345 for non fresh fish.
ABSTRAK Ikan tenggiri (Cybium commersoni) yang merupakan ikan yang banyak ditemukan diperairan Indonesia dengan nilai ekonomis yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa citra Citra ikan tenggiri dengan  sampel ikan 25 ekor yang memiliki panjang rata-rata 40cm dengan berat 250-300 gram diambil dalam kondisi segar dari Tempat Pelelangan Ikan yang berada di desa Kurau dan desa Pantairebo Pulau Bangka. Citra ikan diambil dengan menggunakan camera digital 12Mpiksel. Jangka waktu pengambilan Citra 0 sampai dengan 6 jam pertama, 6 jam kedua dan 6 jam ketiga. Citra dilewatkan pada filter RGB, yang kemudian diekstraksi dengan menggunakan GLCM yang menghasilkan rerata Entropi 3.2039 untuk ikan segar sedangkan untuk ikan tidak segar 3,5714; Energi 0,0531 untuk ikan segar sedangkan untuk ikan tidak segar sebesar 0,0053; kontras dihasilkan 63,6157 untuk ikan segar sedangkan ikan tidak segar sebesar 33,8951; Korelasi 0,5673 untuk ikan segar dan 0,7822 untuk ikan tidak segar homogenitas 0,2357 untuk ikan segar dan 0,1345 untuk ikan tidak segar
